The Job

We are looking for a admin and marketing assistant to join our friendly team. We are ideally looking for someone who has experience in tourism, admin and marketing.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent | Work Location: In person | Hours: 16 hours per week (8:30 - 5pm on both Tuesday and Thursday) | Salaray: Rate negotiable depending on experience.

Job roles will include:

Admin:

  • Answering emails
  • Replying to social media messages
  • Replying to reviews
  • Answering the phone and taking bookings

Marketing:

  • Email campaigns
  • News stories
  • Basis website updating (Wordpress)
  • Website SEO
  • Organising print adverts
  • Paid ads
  • Keeping our online listings up to date
  • Social media content creation
  • Adding special events and information across our website, socials and online listings
