Kitchen Porter

Salary/Benefits: Competitive Salary and share of monthly service charge | Contract type: Permanent | Hours: Full Time | Shift pattern: 7am-3.30pm/2.30pm -11pm | Hours per week: 30 including weekends. Overtime available | Live-in accommodation available if required.

The Role:

The ideal person will have some experience in a similar position though this is not essential and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is hard working and able to work both alone and as part of a team, They are reliable and have the ability to work in a fast paced kitchen

Key responsibilities to include:

1. Assist with ensuring the efficient and effective running of the kitchen.
2. Ensure that sufficient material for the performance of cleaning duties are collated.
3. Dispose of rubbish into an area outlined by Head Chef whilst complying with food safety policy.
4. Ensure the working areas and equipment in the kitchen are cleaned to a high standard.
5. Aid the Chefs when necessary.
