Role Purpose

To create dynamic and compelling content in support of marketing Ad Gefrin as the producer of national and international premium spirit products and a tourism destination.

Responsibilities

· Under direction of the Digital Content Manager create original content for social media and analogue promotional campaigns.

· Direct delivery of film/videography for digital campaigns against an agreed brief.

· Create original graphics, design and edit photos, optimizing internal production capacity but working with external design teams when necessary.

· Implement creative and engaging social media strategies.

· Manage and deliver day-to-day Social Media engagement within an agreed strategic marcoms framework across all channels eg LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TicToc.

· Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.

· Support the Digital Content Manager in facilitating social media communities by developing conversations and engaging /responding to social media and internet messaging, including response to comments and complaints on Google, tripadvisor etc

· Deliver the day to day development of the website, keeping it up-to-date and dynamic including liaising with Web-designers under the direction of the Digital Content Manager.

· Keep third party integrations across all external facing media up to date including website to ensure excellent user-experience across user interfaces.

· Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance of social media platforms including use of Google Analytics and Facebook insights.

· Monitor effectiveness of all social media activities and report monthly to senior team.

· Support the timely drafting, production and dissemination of segmented newsletters via mailchimp and automated response mechanisms.

· Management day-to-day availability of online content for press and media ensuring currency and accuracy of images and additional information supplied.

· Support the Digital Content Manager to ensure brand compliance across all creative content, supporting messaging and collateral that achieves buy-in, pride and customer focus.

· Keeping external partner web portals and listings up-to-date including liaising with Travel Trade Co-Ordinator to ensure accurate copy and images are supplied.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
