Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drink to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Support restaurant setup, maintain a clean and organised environment, and assist in closing procedures
• Run a section when required and support bar service, including pouring and serving wine at the table

Experience Required

• At least one year of relevant hospitality experience
• A friendly personality with excellent customer care skills and attention to detail
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good knowledge of food and wine

Hinnies
A cosy, welcoming restaurant on the Whitley Bay seafront, Hinnies serves hearty Geordie-influenced comfort food made from scratch with seasonal, local ingredients — celebrating the flavours of the North East.
